Nurses Compass EKG Simulator is a free, browser-based tool that lets nursing students practice identifying 30+ cardiac rhythms on realistic EKG grid paper. Why I built this: EKG interpretation is one of the hardest skills for nursing students to learn, and most practice tools are either paywalled or static flashcards. I wanted something interactive where you can actually watch rhythms play out in real time — the same way you'd see them on a bedside monitor.
